Production History: The Unknown Soldier was first produced by Monkey Baa Theatre Company, and opened at The Darling Quarter theatre Sydney NSW on the 16th June, 2015. The Unknown Soldier was written for young people aged 10 and up. The script contains mild, infrequent coarse language as well as themes and content relating to war. ----------------- The mild course language is “shit, crap and bloody” used only sparingly near the beginning of the book, illustrating the 13 yo protagonist’s frustration and disrespect or ‘quoting’ his dad.
